Content policy
Use the studio only for authorized, clearly disclosed AI entertainment. These rules apply to inputs, generated results and how you use or share them.
Prohibited content and uses
- Sexual or NSFW material, nudity, exploitation and sexualized depictions.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats or encouragement of harm.
- Hate, discriminatory abuse, harassment or intimidation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or any other unsafe or exploitative depiction of children. Our portrait templates are restricted to adults.
- Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, public-figure imitation, face swapping, nudification, intimate-scene synthesis, or fabricating evidence of real statements or events.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized music, voice imitation or use of another person's image without permission.
Authorization and disclosure
For every portrait, confirm that you are the adult pictured or have their specific permission for this AI video. Permission does not override prohibited uses. Pet photos must also be yours or licensed for this use. Do not upload sensitive or intimate images. Disclose AI generation when sharing; never describe the video as a real recording or endorsement. This studio is not affiliated with the artists or brands referenced descriptively by template names.
How checks work
Creative instructions are fixed on our server. SeeAPI checks input images and eight sampled output frames before delivery. Fixed generation text is reviewed during template development; generated audio is not transcribed or separately screened. Requests with failed, missing or unresolved checks are not delivered. These automated filters can miss content or reject acceptable content; they do not prove age, identity, permission, copyright ownership or complete audiovisual safety. We do not employ a team to manually pre-approve every video.
Reports, enforcement and appeals
Email contact@airapvideostudios.com with the task ID or relevant link, a description of the concern and how to contact you. Do not attach illegal content. We investigate reports, restrict access or remove affected material when appropriate, and retain necessary records. People affected by unauthorized use and users challenging an automated rejection can use the same address to request review. We do not promise 24-hour staffing or instant responses.
