Terms of service

AI Rap Video Studios operates a template-based creative video service at airapvideostudios.com. These terms apply to the website and video creation service. Availability and purchase access are displayed in the studio.

Service and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use the studio. Hotel Lobby uses two authorized adult portraits; Pet rap uses one cat or dog photo. Our server supplies fixed creative instructions. You cannot submit prompts, lyrics, recordings, face-swap targets or model selections. Both templates currently use Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE for a 12-second, 720p, vertical 9:16 video with generated audio. AI can alter appearance, movement, pronunciation or timing; results and generation times are not guaranteed to match a sample.

Your account and materials

Use your own Google account and protect access to it. Only upload material you own or are entitled to use. For every person depicted, you must be that adult or have their specific permission for this AI performance. Do not upload children, public figures, intimate material or unauthorized likenesses. Consent does not permit a prohibited use. You retain your rights in your inputs and grant us and our processing providers permission to process them only to operate, secure and support the service. We do not claim that AI output is unique, copyrightable or cleared for every commercial use.

Prices and credits

Launch packs are $4.99 for 10 credits, $19.99 for 50 credits (40 + 10 bonus), and $39.99 for 120 credits (80 + 40 bonus), in USD before applicable taxes. All are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Current templates cost 10 credits per completed video; future template costs will be displayed before submission. Purchased credits have no expiry, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are usable only on this service. Test and promotional grants are not purchases. We reserve credits at submission and settle them only after completion; rejected or failed tasks release the reservation. A voluntary new generation is a separate charge.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Completed videos are available in your private studio for 7 days. Download a copy during that period. A task already sent to the generation provider cannot be cancelled on demand. Failed generation credit returns and payment refunds are different; see our refund policy. No subscription cancellation is needed because there are no subscriptions.

Acceptable use and account action

Follow our content policy. We may refuse a task, restrict access or remove a result when necessary to investigate a report, protect users or enforce that policy. Contact support to appeal. We do not automatically confiscate purchased credits solely because an automated check rejected a task. Any payment remedy remains subject to the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and responsibility

We may pause creation for maintenance, safety checks or provider outages. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. You must not present a fictional AI performance as evidence that a real person said or did something. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material service or pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply to new purchases.
