What we collect and why
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, verified email, name and profile information to identify your account. We retain the account identifier, verified email and display name for your studio and wallet, not Google access or refresh tokens. We process uploaded images, authorization confirmations, generated videos, task settings, moderation decisions, image hashes and credit records to provide and safeguard the service. Generated audio is not transcribed or separately screened. Security and hosting services may process IP addresses and technical request data.
Optional analytics
With your explicit permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to public pages. Google receives a pseudonymous browser identifier, technical connection information and a clean public page URL; we do not send photos, videos, account details, order or task IDs, URL queries or fragments. Analytics cookies last up to 30 days. Google Signals, advertising personalization and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. Account and private project pages do not load our Google Analytics tag. Refusing does not affect service. Turning analytics off stops future collection but does not erase previously collected data.
Visit-source analytics
With your permission, a first-party visit cookie helps us understand which sites and pages lead to purchases. It lasts 30 days. We record referring domains, limited campaign labels, landing and purchase pages, and selected templates; we do not store full referring URLs or use third-party advertising trackers. Refusing analytics does not affect purchases or generation. Visit records are deleted within 90 days; source details attached to orders are retained with transaction records. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, account database and private image/video storage. KIE receives your photos via its temporary file service and runs the selected generation model. SeeAPI receives limited-access image references and generated video references for automated visual review. Input images are checked before being sent to KIE. Google provides sign-in. When payments are enabled, Waffo will process checkout, payment identity and transaction data; we will receive payment and refund records, not store your full card number. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.
Access and retention
Customer uploads and results are not added to public showcases; public examples use fictional AI-generated subjects. Our download endpoints require the owning account. Original images become eligible for automated deletion after 24 hours once no task still needs them. Completed videos are removed from our active storage after 7 days; failed or rejected output is also cleaned up. Scheduled cleanup may take additional time if infrastructure is unavailable. You can delete a finished project in My studio. Provider copies, infrastructure backups and essential audit/transaction records have separate retention; deleting a project does not erase those immediately. We retain account, consent, safety and wallet records while needed for account operation, dispute handling and legal obligations, and review deletion requests individually.
Cookies and your choices
A secure HttpOnly session cookie supports sign-in for up to 30 days. Signing out revokes that session but does not delete your projects or wallet. We do not install third-party advertising trackers. Optional Google Analytics and first-party visit-source analytics are described above. Unsubmitted photo drafts are saved to your account for up to 24 hours; a photo selected before sign-in may be cached on this device to resume your upload for 10 minutes. Expired device copies are removed when the studio next accesses that cache. You can request access, correction, account deletion or review of processing by emailing support from your account address. We verify ownership before acting and explain any records we must retain. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel. The service is for adults; report any suspected child or unauthorized-person upload promptly.
