Refunds & credits

Real-money checkout is available only when enabled in the studio; this policy applies to those transactions. Sandbox payments and test credits have no cash value.

Generation failures

Submitting a task reserves its displayed credit cost. If input review rejects it, generation fails, or output review cannot approve it, reserved credits are returned once the task reaches a failed or rejected state. A pending task may retain its reservation while we resolve the status; processing times out after one hour under the current service limit. An unknown provider submission is not blindly retried. A credit return is not a cash refund. A completed video uses the displayed credits; requesting a different take creates a new task.

Refund requests

Contact support or the payment provider to request review of a payment issue. Refunds are handled by an operator through the payment provider; the website does not issue automatic cash refunds. Already issued credits are normally retained after a refund. If a substantial credit adjustment is necessary, support reviews the remaining available credits individually. These arrangements do not limit rights required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.

How to request help

Email contact@airapvideostudios.com with your order reference, account email and the reason for your request. Never send card details. Approved refunds go through the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider and bank. We do not promise an instant refund or treat a submitted request as confirmation that money has been returned.

No subscriptions

All packs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring renewal to cancel. Download delivered videos within 7 days; the studio is not long-term archival storage.
